Inês Neves
Inês Neves is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Porto (Portugal) teaching constitutional law, fundamental rights, European Union law and economic law. She is also a Collaborator Researcher at CIJ - the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice and a Member of the ‘DigEUCit - A Digital Europe for Citizens. Constitutional and policymaking challenges’ Jean Monnet Module.
In 2022, she was a visiting researcher at the Chair of Public Law and Philosophy of State at the Faculty of Law of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). She was also an EU Expert for the Project ‘EU-Brazil Dialogues on Business and Human Rights: exchanging experiences and best practices in responsible business conduct and mandatory due diligence’.
Inês Neves is a lawyer specialising in European law and competition, sustainability: ESG and human rights and the digital clusters of Artificial Intelligence, digital services & e-commerce, and tech transactions. Her research focuses on constitutional law and fundamental rights, competition law and European Union law.
