Mariana Viveiros

Mariana Ferraz Viveiros started her career as a lawyer in 2013 at Vieira de Almeida, in Lisbon, working with Corporate, M&A, and Real Estate teams. She then went to work as a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Finance between 2018 to 2020. Through her practice as a lawyer, Mariana has also nurtured her passion to teaching, working for 7 years as an Assistant at the Católica Lisbon School of Law, where she has taught Companies and Commercial Law. Mariana established her own practice in 2021, MFV Advogados, where she dedicates mostly to Regulatory, Corporate M&A and Private Equity Matters.

José Henriques

José Manuel Henriques started his career as a lawyer in 2013, at Linklaters LLP, in Lisbon, working closely with the Corporate M&A, Banking, and Real Estate matters. He later joined RRP Advogados in 2016 as a founding member, where he worked closely in Corporate M&A and Real Estate. Since July 2023, he joined MFV Advogados, where he specializes in transactional matters across different sectors.
